RETREATS
The cornerstone of Project 1490, retreats will immerse you in nature and offer activities you may not have had a chance to do before. 50% unique activities and 50% workshops—you'll leave a retreat having fed all sides of yourself. Held in unique locations, retreats are designed to invite you out of your comfort zones in a supportive environment, fostering personal growth and resilience.

YOUR KOLBE INDEX
Most assessments are interesting, but not that impactful — and then there's the Kolbe Index. Measuring the way you instinctively "show up" when you're striving for something, it's the perfect compliment to Project 1490. Every Maverick member and retreat attendee receives a complimentary assessment so you can see the road ahead and we can help you navigate it to get what you're after.

EXCURSIONS & EVENTS
What have you always wished you could do but haven't yet? Play poker? Learn self defense? Know how to tie the right knot in any situation or order the right wine? Between retreats, there are a wide-range of smaller events to broaden horizons and check things off the bucket list to generally build on your badassery. We're ditching the old way of stuffy networking and creating authentically fun experiences that enhance your skills, confidence, and network.

To keep you connected between events, all members are invited to join Project 1490's online community on WhatsApp. Celebrate your wins, get help when you need it, and leverage the network of amazing women there to support you. You'll get weekly inspiration to expand and strive for what you're really after.

Every month, members are invited to some seriously awesome virtual events. Grab a glass of wine and join the "Evening Exchange" to both give and get help with anything that's challenging you. Bring a lunch to our afternoon "Speed Dating" to grow your network and connect with other members...We've got something every month to support and connect you no matter where you are.

TRIBES
TRIBES are like having a personal advisory board made up of like-minded, badass women who have the experience, wisdom and willingness to roll up their sleeves to help you. TRIBES are curated groups of 5-8 members who meet monthly, learn the context of each other's circumstances, and become incredible sources of advice and inspiration. (Optional for Maverick-level members on a rolling basis, with commitment).
