Day of Badassery
For your team, clients, or group of friends.
"Days of Badassery" are typically half-day or full-day, into-evening events that incorporate a series of confidence-building activities that expand comfort zones and generally make guests feel pretty badass. Each has hidden lessons in leadership and provide a new way to think about life & work challenges.
In the evening, we gather for a unique dining experience with a 4-course meal prepared by an amazing private chef. By that time, the shared experience of the day has created authentic and deep relationships between team members, clients, and friends; which enables truly meaningful discussions over a beautiful meal.
Guests leave with new perspective, new friendships, and real connection to themselves, nature, and each other.

"I would highly recommend a Day of Badassery to anyone looking to disconnect from the day-to-day and interested in forging new and deep personal and professional connections."

For Clients
Relationships with clients can be game-changing for your business, but they are getting harder and harder to build these days. Spend the day and evening with them learning new things, (followed by a luxurious meal) and they won't soon forget you.

About the Founder
Meet Sarah Dale
Sarah has a unique story. In her corporate career, she rose up through sales at great media brands and spent 10 years in senior leadership at The Wall Street Journal, ultimately ending up in the C-Suite as the Chief Revenue Officer at an ad tech company.
Early in her career though, she spent 7 years living in Montana, where she learned everything from bow hunting to building a house — and a lot in between. Having been trained in her early career in events by Fortune Magazine, she ran a small event company in Big Sky, MT, bringing corporate clients out to experience everything she loved about The Last Best Place.
All of that experience has culminated in Project 1490, and puts her in a unique position to execute corporate events; taking special care of your clients and guests; while also passing on some of the knowledge she gained from wonderful people in Montana.
