About the event
While we hope you never have to use it, knowing what to do in a dangerous situation can build our confidence walking around in this crazy world. Presented by a true expert in her field, this private, self defense course is designed to make you more aware, prepared, and ready for any situation that may occur in your everyday life on any given day. This course differs from other self defense classes in that they start from the point of attack, and since attacks begin before it becomes physical, she will also teach us how to avoid the attack altogether.
